Returns list of pledged holdings in JSON format
The API returns the current snapshot of all pledged securities for a userId + lender combination. The lender is derived from the lid. If a user has pledged securities across multiple loans and top-ups, the API returns the union of all such pledges.
The current drawing power of the user is calculated from the total pledged securities, as returned by this API.
